UPS
Your parcel is delivered by UPS and is delivered personally to you.
The price includes the delivery of the parcel at the address and the floor indicated on the order.
Free delivery is offered for any order with a superior or equal amount of 200€; the delivery fees are offered whatever the amount and the number of products of your order.
UPS delivers from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, with the exception of holidays.
If you are absent during the delivery, a message will be left in your mailbox.
A new delivery will be planned the next day. You also have the possibility of contacting UPS to plan another delivery appointment or to come to get your parcel in the closest UPS center.The parcel will be kept there for 5 days.
If you indicate your phone number in your delivery details, we will inform you free of charge by SMS of the tracking of your parcel.
